Note: When storing sausages in the refrigerator, it is advisable to wrap them carefully with banana leaves. This method can help preserve the sausages for a longer time while maintaining their original flavor.

How to properly use sausages after storage

As for headcheese, it is not a dish that can be eaten hot immediately. It needs to be kept refrigerated for some time after cooking before consumption. Therefore, after cutting and eating, you should immediately put the remaining headcheese back into the cold storage compartment of the refrigerator.
