Eggs are a cheap but incredibly nutritious food, delicious and easy to cook, which is why they are used by many families, especially those with young children. When cooking fried eggs, you should know some small tips to make the eggs soft, smooth, and puffy.
Filtered water
Add filtered water in a ratio of 2 eggs to 2 tablespoons of filtered water. After adding the water, continue beating and then pour it into the frying pan. The reason for adding a few drops of water is that the molecules in the water expand the eggs and make them puffy. Don’t worry about this thinning the eggs because in reality, the steam will escape and make the eggs even softer, smoother, and more delicious.
Lemon juice
Don’t worry about adding lemon juice to make the eggs taste sour. On the contrary, adding 2 – 3 drops of lemon juice to the eggs before frying will make the dish more appealing and bring a distinctive aroma.
In addition, you can add baking powder or butter
– If using baking powder, remember that for every 2 eggs, use ¼ tablespoon of baking powder, then stir it well before frying. At the same time, it is advisable to turn up the heat to fry the eggs. This way, the fried eggs will be larger, softer, smoother, and more delicious than the usual frying method.
– First, add a piece of butter to the eggs and then stir it well to create a protein buffer layer that adheres tightly before frying. This ensures that the eggs will be delicious and smooth.
If you get tired of eating fried eggs, you can combine them with tomato sauce, ground meat, or sliced mushrooms… to make the meal more diverse and delicious.
