– Cut the fish into 5 cm thick pieces and let it drain. Then marinate the fish with fish sauce, pepper, salt, sugar, and seasoning powder, minced garlic for about 30 minutes.

– Wash the scallions, then cut into sections. Thinly slice the chili.

Step 2:

– Heat the pan, then add oil and fry the garlic until fragrant. Then, fry the fish until it becomes golden, then remove it from the pan.

– Add fish sauce, seasoning powder, sugar, and fresh coconut water to the pot and bring to a boil. Next, add the fish and cooking oil or lard to the pot and simmer over low heat.
