So occasionally, make stir-fried spinach with chicken breast for your family to enjoy. You can refer to the recipe below for how to make it.

Ingredients

– Spinach: 1 bunch

Chicken breast: 1 piece (300g)

– Garlic

– Red chili pepper: 1/2 fruit

– Salt, pepper, cooking wine, soy sauce, cornstarch, oyster sauce, bouillon powder

Instructions

Marinate the chicken breast

You wash the chicken breast thoroughly and cut it into thin, even slices. Put them in a bowl, add a little salt, pepper, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, and continuously toss the chicken breast to marinate it. Then, add 1 tablespoon of cornstarch, a little cooking oil, mix well, and marinate for about 10 minutes.

Prepare the remaining ingredients

Rinse the spinach thoroughly. The stem and the lower leaves of spinach are firmer and crispier than the young leaves on top, so cut and separate them. Slice the red chili pepper and mince the garlic.

Stir-fry the chicken

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan, then add the marinated chicken breast. Use chopsticks to quickly stir-fry, add a little pepper to make it fragrant, and then transfer it to a plate.

Complete the dish

Keep the cooking oil in the pan, heat it again, then add the red chili pepper and minced garlic, stir-fry until fragrant. Next, add the stem and lower leaves of spinach and stir-fry quickly over high heat for a few seconds. Then add the young leaves.

Add 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, a little bouillon powder, and stir for a while.

Finally, add the stir-fried chicken breast, stir a few more times, and turn off the heat.

Arrange the finished dish on a plate and enjoy it while it’s still hot. This delicious and nutritious dish is sure to be a favorite of the whole family.
