How to boil chicken without water

First, prepare a thick pot with a tight lid.

Then, line the bottom of the pot with onions, lemongrass, ginger, and sweet corn.

Put the chicken in the pot, add scallion roots, kaffir lime leaves, and peppercorns for aroma. Cover the pot.

Turn on the stove to the highest heat to heat the pot, when you smell the fragrance of lemongrass and ginger, reduce the heat to the lowest level.
