Step 1 Prepare the Ingredients
Begin by peeling and rinsing the green mangoes thoroughly. Cut the mangoes into halves. Use 500g of mangoes to extract juice, yielding approximately 300ml of green mango juice.

Step 2 Soak the Mangoes in Sugar
In a large bowl, combine 1kg of mangoes, 700g of sugar, 200ml of golden mango syrup, and 300ml of mango juice. Mix well and let it sit for about 3-4 hours at room temperature until the sugar dissolves.
After that, store the mangoes in the refrigerator, where they can be kept for up to 3-4 days.

Place 25g of jasmine tea in a large bowl and pour in 1 liter of water at 80°C. Cover and let it steep for 7-8 minutes before straining the tea to remove the tea leaves.
