Recently, actress Phương Oanh, known for her role in “Quỳnh Búp Bê,” shared a photo of a delicious homemade meal. With a playful tone, she joked about having a “cooking on-the-go” service: “In addition to my freelance clothing sales and photography, I also offer cooking services. Affordable prices, free shipping”.
Phương Oanh humorously advertised her “cooking on-go” skills. This sparked a wave of enthusiastic responses from her friends, fellow artists, and fans.
The meal she prepared included fried spring rolls, pork belly, pickled vegetables, fish soup with mustard greens, fresh herbs, and two types of dipping fish sauce. Staying true to her style, the beautiful actress from Ha Nam province presented the dishes on a copper tray.
Ngọc Hân, a beauty queen, and actors Quách Thu Phương, Diễm Hương, Đình Tú, Quỳnh Hoa, and Công Lý’s wife, all expressed their admiration and craving for the delicious spread. Actress Diễm Hương even requested a meal before going into labor.
Many also noticed Phương Oanh’s two bowls of chili-filled dipping sauce. Actress Quỳnh Hoa commented: “The dipping sauce shows your passionate love for food.” To which, Phương Oanh replied: “I thought being passionately in love meant something else.” A playful friend asked: “Eating this spicy food must mean you’re not jealous, right?” She humorously responded: “Just by looking at the chili, you can tell my level of jealousy?”
Previously, Shark Bình’s girlfriend had shared photos of her mouthwatering home-cooked meals, featuring easy-to-make yet appetizing dishes such as boiled meat, charred meat, braised meat, fried eggs, stir-fried water spinach with garlic, boiled amaranth, beef with beans, bitter melon stuffed with meat, pickled vegetables, and fried green tomatoes.
She also shared a no-carb dinner consisting of beef with coriander, dried buffalo meat, squid cakes, and boiled water spinach. Apologetically, Phương Oanh wrote: “Sorry for posting food so late at night, but I did it on purpose. Nyahaha.”
The “Quỳnh Búp Bê” star also treated herself to luxurious meals at home, including specialty snail salad and other exquisite dishes.
Boiled snails are another favorite of Phương Oanh’s. She enjoys preparing them at home to relive her childhood memories and has even perfected a delicious dipping sauce recipe.
In addition to food, the actress also whips up refreshing drinks like honeyed lemon-lime juice, which she calls a “heart-warming, sweet drink.”
Phương Oanh’s friend commented that they craved the fish soup, to which she replied that it was a “longing” dish. Here’s how you can recreate this nostalgic, countryside-style dish: Ingredients – 3-4 freshwater fish – 200g mustard greens – Ginger, shallots – Spices Instructions – Wash and chop the mustard greens. – Clean the fish and place them in a pot with a bowl of water, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and crushed ginger. Bring to a boil. – Once the fish is cooked, remove it from the pot and let it cool. Remove the bones and set the meat aside. Return the bones to the pot for extra flavor. – In a pan, heat some oil and fry the shallots. Add the fish and season with pepper and 1/2 teaspoon of seasoning powder. – Filter the fish broth to remove the bones, then bring it to a boil again. Add the mustard greens and crushed ginger, cooking for 1-2 minutes. Finally, add the fish and turn off the heat. Adjust the seasoning to taste. Good luck and happy cooking! |
