Step 1 Making the Crust

Combine the following ingredients to create a syrup mixture: 144gr of sweetened condensed milk (typically used for baked mooncakes), 5gr of peanut butter, and 36ml of cooking oil. Next, pour this mixture into 200gr of finely sifted flour and use a spoon to mix until the syrup and flour are well combined and sticky.

Then, use your hands to knead the dough until it forms a soft and smooth ball. After that, cover the dough with plastic wrap and let it rest for about 30 minutes.
