Ingredients: 500g older pork intestines, 300g pickled vegetables, 200g celery, pineapple, onion, chili, minced garlic, cooking oil, salt, seasoning, fish sauce, sate, sugar.

Marinate the intestines with fish sauce, sate, and seasoning for about 10-15 minutes.

Toss in the pickled vegetables, cover, and let the intestines cook evenly, stirring occasionally, for about 10 minutes. Season to taste.
Add the chopped celery and chili, then remove from the heat.
