Lemon Ginger Tea
Lemons are rich in Vitamin C and antioxidants, which help stimulate the liver to produce detox enzymes. Ginger, on the other hand, is a powerful anti-inflammatory and aids the liver in flushing out toxins.
Directions: Squeeze the juice of one lemon and grate a thumb-sized piece of ginger. Add these to 250ml of warm water (around 40°C). Drink this first thing in the morning.
Note: Avoid using water that is too hot as it can reduce the nutritional value of the lemon juice.

Celery Juice
Celery contains apigenin and luteolin, which reduce inflammation and support liver detoxification. It also acts as a diuretic, reducing pressure on the kidneys.
Directions: Wash 3-4 stalks of celery and extract the juice. You can dilute it with 100ml of water. Drink this 15 minutes before breakfast.
Note: Individuals with low blood pressure should consult a doctor before consuming celery juice regularly.
Artichoke Tea
Artichoke tea contains cynarin and silymarin, which help regenerate liver cells and enhance their detoxifying function. This tea also improves the kidneys’ waste-filtering capacity.
Directions: Boil 5-7 slices of dried (or fresh) artichoke with 500ml of water for 10 minutes. Let it cool down a bit and drink it in the morning.
Note: You can add a drizzle of honey to make it more palatable, but avoid overdoing it with sugar.

Turmeric Ginger Water
Both turmeric and ginger possess strong anti-inflammatory properties, supporting the liver in toxin processing. Curcumin, found in turmeric, also safeguards the kidneys from oxidative damage.
Directions: Slice one small piece of turmeric root and an equivalent amount of ginger (or use 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder). Boil them with 300ml of water for 5 minutes. Strain the liquid, let it cool, and then drink.
Note: Adding a few drops of lemon juice enhances the absorption of curcumin.
Cucumber Mint Detox Water
Cucumbers are packed with water and minerals, making them excellent for flushing out kidneys. Mint stimulates digestion and aids the liver in its detoxification process.
Directions: Slice half a cucumber and add it to a jug with 5-6 mint leaves and 500ml of water. Refrigerate overnight and drink it in the morning.
Note: For added flavor, you can include a few slices of lemon or green apple.
