Insomnia drains health and spirits
As the “captain” steering the ship of the business, Mrs. Vu Kim Sa exudes the confident demeanor of a leader. However, along with the successes in business, she also has to face a lot of pressure.

Busy work or mental stress puts Mrs. Sa in a state of insomnia.
“Running a business has always been stressful, but in the past, I only occasionally had sleepless nights. For the past few years, after the Covid-19 pandemic and economic recession, business has become difficult, and I have to think more, plus being at an age where insomnia is more frequent,” the female director said in a low voice.
