The program takes place from April 15th – July 14th, 2020.
2. Participants
All customers who are Viettel pre-paid and post-paid mobile subscribers and are active in both directions at the time of participating in the program and receiving the prize.
3. Program content and participation
For customers using 4G SIM
To participate in the program, customers need to enter the code “4G” and send it to 191. By doing this, they will receive one of the following prizes:
- 30 ST15K 4G data packages (3GB/package), valid for 90 days from the time of receiving and 1 lottery code
- 01 ST30K 4G data package (7GB/package), valid for 7 days from the time of receiving and 1 lottery code
- 01 GB data using 4G infrastructure within 24 hours from the time of receiving and 01 lottery code
- 01 lottery code

For customers using 2G, 3G SIM
– Customers need to enter the code “4G” and send it to 191 to participate in the program. They will then receive a text message inviting them to register for free 4G SIM replacement at home. Customers can choose to register by entering “Y” or decline by entering “N”.
If the customer chooses to register, Viettel staff will contact them within 24 hours to proceed with the SIM replacement.
After switching to a 4G SIM, customers will receive one of the following prizes:
- 30 ST15K 4G data packages (3GB/package), valid for 90 days from the time of receiving and 01 lottery code.
- 01 ST30K 4G data package (7GB/package), valid for 7 days from the time of receiving and 01 lottery code.
