After negotiating with customers, the scammers will instruct them to place orders on our website and transfer the payment to their personal accounts. They promise to work with us to activate the discount vouchers as agreed.
However, on the delivery date, we inform customers that these orders have not been paid for. Customers try to reach out to the scammers via phone and Facebook but without success.
Upon receiving this information, we investigated and discovered that the shopping voucher details provided by the scammers are fake and not issued by us, rendering them unusable.
