1 Use baking soda
You need to prepare 1 teaspoon of dishwashing liquid, 1 teaspoon of baking soda, and 1 teaspoon of hydrogen peroxide (with or without).
Mix dishwashing liquid, baking soda, and hydrogen peroxide together, stir well to dissolve the ingredients, forming a very smooth mixture.
Using a clean sponge or toothbrush, gently apply the mixture to the stain, rubbing gently to avoid affecting the quality of the fabric.
Continue scrubbing the stains until you see them fade, then let it sit for 15-20 minutes. After that, wash and rinse normally to achieve amazing results. This method works best with cotton fabrics.
2 Use fresh lemons
For the best effect, it is recommended to use a combination of fresh lemon juice with potassium permanganate, which can be easily found at pharmacies. This combination will quickly remove color stains on your clothes.
Dilute the potassium permanganate, apply it to the stains, then use fresh lemon juice to apply to the purple dye.
The acid in the lemon will oxidize the color, making it fade away without losing the color of the clothes you need to bleach.
3 Use vinegar
White vinegar is known as an extremely safe cleaning agent that is cost-effective for removing stains on clothes or furniture.
For stubborn stains or color stains on collars and sleeves, you can pour vinegar directly on and gently scrub with a brush.
For clothes stained in multiple areas, dilute the vinegar with cold water and detergent or laundry detergent, then soak the clothes for 30 minutes before washing them as usual.
Don’t worry about the sour smell of vinegar, after washing and drying in the sun, your clothes will smell nice and fresh without any unpleasant odors.
4 Use hydrogen peroxide
If the above methods still do not make the stains disappear, you can use hydrogen peroxide as a last resort.
Mix hydrogen peroxide with water at a ratio of 1:6 to create a cleaning solution. Soak the stained clothes in this solution for 30 minutes.
After the stains are gone, wash the clothes again with normal washing water and dry them.
Hydrogen peroxide is frequently used in medicine to clean wounds, so this method is safe and does not cause harm to the skin or fabric fading.
In addition to the above tips, it is important to wash colored clothes at low water temperature and avoid washing with hot water, as it can cause the clothes to fade. Sort clothes and keep dark clothes separate from light-colored ones. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions on the washing label to prevent color fading.
