If the drain hose is not draining water, please try the following:

  • Check if the drain hose is empty (No pump)

  • Is the faucet open?
  • Is there a water outage in your home?
  • Is the water supply hose or hose connector clogged?
  • Does the faucet freeze (applies to cold areas)?

If the water supply is not completed within 1 hour or the water level remains unchanged for 5 minutes (10 minutes for some models) after the water supply has been performed, the machine will ring an alarm and “4E” will be displayed, indicating the remaining time.

  • Is the exhaust pipe clogged with foreign substances?

If the issue still persists, please contact the service center.

8 Problem: Power is lost

Solution:

If power is suddenly lost, please check the following:

Check if the voltage is normal

  • Is the voltage normal?
  • Is the washing machine plugged in? If not, please plug in the power cord.
  • If you have plugged in the power cord and the water still does not drain out, check if the drain hose has been lowered. If not, lower the drain hose.
  • If you have lowered the drain hose but the water still does not drain out, check if the drain hose is bent. If it is, straighten the drain hose. If the water still does not drain out, check if the drain hose is clogged. If so, remove the blockage.

If your washing machine is not working, please check the following:

  • If the lid is open, please close the lid.
  • If the machine still does not work but the Pause button is open, press the Start/Pause button again to see if the machine will start up.
  • Is the machine supplied with enough water? If the water pressure is too low, it may take a long time for the machine to start washing.
  • Is the faucet locked? If so, open the faucet to supply water.
  • Is the machine door open while the machine is in the spin cycle? If so, close the door and press the Start/Pause button to continue.

10 Trouble: If the drain hose and extractor cage are frozen

Solution:

  • If the drain hose is frozen, pour hot water over the frozen faucet and remove or immerse the drain hose in hot water.
  • If the extractor cage is frozen, pour hot water into the cage for about 10 minutes.
  • If the drain hose is frozen, place a hot towel over the drain hose.

After the drain hose has defrosted, reinstall the faucet and check if the machine is draining properly.

11 Incident: Water will discharge immediately

Solution:

If water is immediately discharging, please check the following:

  • Is the discharge line blocked by coins or pins?
  • Is the exhaust pipe hung on the hook that holds the exhaust pipe?

Once the test is completed, fill the water to half the drum and run the spinner again.

12 Trouble: Water is leaking at the water supply hose connector

Solution:

If the washing machine is leaking water at the water supply hose connector, please check the following:

If the faucet connector is loose, please reassemble the installation steps again

  • Is the rubber gasket of the water supply hose in place? If not, tighten the screws.
  • Is the water supply hose bent? If so, straighten it.
  • Is the water supply pressure too strong? If so, turn down the faucet.
  • If water is leaking from the faucet itself, repair the faucet while the water is not supplied.
  • Have you pressed the Start/Pause button after selecting the water supply? If not, please press the Start/Pause button to supply water to the washing machine.
  • Is the faucet locked? If so, open the faucet.
  • Is the filter mesh at the water supply pipe connection clogged with dirt? If so, scrub the filter with a toothbrush.
  • Is there a water outage? If so, please turn off the faucet and the washing machine.

13 Trouble: Spinning makes loud noises and vibrations while spinning

The machine is noisy and vibrates strongly while spinning

Solution:

  • Is the laundry evenly spread in the machine? If not, spread the laundry evenly and restart the machine.
  • Is the washing machine placed on a flat and stable surface? If not, level it again.
