Step 1: First, take the spices like half a ginger, crush it, and the remaining ginger chopped, mix with white wine and rub the chicken, marinate for 30 minutes to get rid of the smell of chicken and make the dish more fragrant and appealing. If there is no wine, you can rub the chicken several times with salt mixed with vinegar in a ratio of 2/1, then rinse with clean water, rub soup powder on the chicken and let it soak for about 2 hours.
Step 2: Next, add some cooking oil to the bottom of the rice cooker, spread it out to cover the entire bottom of the pot.
