A1 Level No Longer Permits Riding Motorcycles Over 125cm3
According to the proposed replacement law, the A1 driver’s license will be issued for motorcycles with two wheels from 50 cm3 to under 125 cm3 or an electric engine power from 04 kw to 11 kw, and other specified vehicles.
This means that those with an A1 driver’s license may no longer be allowed to ride motorcycles over 125cm3.
B1 Level No Longer Allows Driving Cars
Under the new draft law, the B1 level will no longer be a car driver’s license. Instead, it will be issued for drivers of three-wheeled motorcycles and other specified vehicles.
This change means that the B1 level will be one of the motorcycle driver’s licenses.
These updates highlight the 17 levels of driver’s licenses proposed in the amended Road Traffic Law. Although this is still a draft and has not been passed, it is important to stay informed about these changes to ensure compliance with traffic regulations.
