Cash Collection Service

GHTK offers free cash collection for all orders, and the fee for transferring the collected money is 5,500 VND/transaction.

GHTK stipulates the following schedule for reconciliation and fund transfer to shops:

For shops that reconcile once a week: Receive funds on any day of the week.
For shops that reconcile twice a week: Receive funds on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
For shops that reconcile three times a week: Receive funds on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
For shops that reconcile twice a month: Receive funds on the 15th and the last day of the month.
For shops that reconcile once a month: Receive funds on the last day of the month.

Return Service

For intra-province orders: Return fee = 5,000 VND/order (including VAT), with a return time of 3-5 business days.
For inter-province orders: Return fee = 50% of the shipping fee, with a return time of 7-12 business days.

Delivery with Customer Selection – Partial Delivery
GHTK supports delivering multiple options (sizes, colors, etc.) for customers to choose from, charging a standard delivery fee. The remaining items are returned to the shop with an intra-province fee of 5,000 VND/order and an inter-province fee of 50% of the shipping fee.

Delivery Status Notification

GHTK will update the delivery status for shops daily, weekly, or monthly via SMS or email. Shops can register for this service as needed.

Cargo Insurance Service

According to GHTK’s regulations, shops sending goods are responsible for declaring product information and the value of the goods on GHTK’s system, which serves as a basis for determining compensation in case of an incident.

All GHTK orders must be insured, with the following fees:

For orders valued at less than 1,000,000 VND: Free insurance.
For orders valued at 1,000,000 VND or more (up to 20,000,000 VND): Insurance fee is 0.5% of the goods’ value (including VAT).

Note: The insurance fee is non-refundable and is generated when the shop successfully places an order. GHTK has the right to adjust the insurance fee if there are changes in the factors used to calculate it.
