What is EMS?
EMS, short for Express Mail Service, is an international express delivery service brand. It is established and managed by the International EMS Cooperative, which is under the Universal Postal Union (UPU). EMS provides high-quality delivery services between postal services in over 200 countries and territories worldwide.
EMS Vietnam has consistently been ranked among the top 10 countries with the best service quality and customer care by the Cooperative for many consecutive years.
Overview of EMS Services
During the challenging times of the global economic crisis caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, EMS Vietnam chartered flights from Vietnam Airlines to ensure uninterrupted delivery of goods and mail across the country during the social distancing period.

Domestic EMS Service
This service offers express delivery of mail and parcels (including goods, letters, documents, etc.) within Vietnam.
International EMS Service
EMS provides international delivery services to over 100 countries and territories worldwide. The maximum weight for a parcel is 70kg, and no single side can exceed 1.5m.
Value-added Services
These include cash on delivery (COD), hand delivery, declaration of value, delivery outside of business hours, and special services such as express delivery, delivery before 9:00 am, and same-day delivery.
