How to easily remove thick dirt from a fast kettle in 5 minutes

When used for a long time, electric kettles can accumulate a lot of deposits and stains both inside and outside. The boiling water becomes very cloudy and smelly, and there is also dirt and white streaks on the water’s surface, making it look unsanitary.

To deal with these stains, you just need to follow these steps:

First, prepare some toothpaste and squeeze it into a bowl.

Next, pour some white vinegar in. Then, stir with a spoon to mix well.

Prepare some paper towels to wet the electric kettle. Then, place the wet paper towel on the surface of the kettle, while preparing another paper towel soaked in the mixture and place on top of the wet paper towel, and let it sit for 5 minutes.

We use toothpaste and white vinegar because toothpaste has excellent cleaning properties and can also polish the surface of the stainless steel electric kettle, making it look as good as new. White vinegar contains acetic acid, which can soften dirt stains, making the electric kettle clean.

After the time is up, remove the paper towel and use a dry cloth to wipe clean. You can see that the dirt stains on the surface of the electric kettle have been removed, with very good results.

Next, let’s clean the inside of the electric kettle.

First, prepare half a kettle of water and add white vinegar.

Then, sprinkle some baking soda and cover the kettle, then directly boil it. When using white vinegar and baking soda at high temperatures, a chemical reaction occurs, producing carbonic gas that effectively removes deposits inside the electric kettle. The water becomes very cloudy and dirty after boiling.
