Ingredients
– 4 lemons
– 3 small cloves of garlic
– 1 ounce flaxseed
– 200ml – 500ml honey
Instructions
Step 1:
Peel the garlic, leaving the inner skin intact. Rinse 4 lemons, remove the peel, and remove the seeds from 2 lemons, leaving the peel and seeds intact on the other 2 lemons. Put the garlic and prepared lemons in a blender and blend until smooth.
Step 2:
Add flaxseed and honey to mix well. Finally, mix the 2 mixtures (lemon + garlic, honey + flaxseed) thoroughly and pour into a tightly sealed glass jar. Store in the refrigerator.
Usage
