Effective Remedies for Sprained Ankles
Place a cold compress on the sprained ankle for 5-10 minutes. Repeat this 4-5 times per day to quickly reduce pain.
Another effective remedy is Epsom salt. Fill a bucket with half a gallon of water. Add 2-3 tablespoons of Epsom salt and mix well. Soak the sprained ankle in the Epsom salt water for 10-15 minutes. Repeat this 2-3 times per day to alleviate pain.
