Attach a scanned copy of the front page of your foreign driving license and the information page of your passport, then upload them.

Select the option that reads: “I guarantee the accuracy of the information provided and take responsibility for the declared information,” and proceed.

Step 3 Review and Confirm Information

Step 4 Payment and Completion
