Bean sprouts are a delicious and nutritious food, favored by many. However, due to concerns over contaminated vegetables, many homemakers choose to grow their own bean sprouts to ensure the health and safety of their families. This has led to a growing demand for specialized bean sprout growers that are easy to use, cost-effective, and do not require electricity or extensive care.
1 The Structure of a Multi-Purpose Bean Sprout Machine
The machine consists of the following components: 1, 2: Main trays, 3: Auxiliary tray, 4: Horizontal bar, 5: Orienting tube, 6: Spring, 7: Cap with thread, 8: Cockroach cover, 9: Silicone button.
2 How to Grow Bean Sprouts with a Specialized Machine
Step 1: Prepare 200-300g of beans.
Step 2: Rinse the beans to remove any damaged or shriveled beans. Soak the beans in warm water at a temperature of “two boils and three cools” for about 30 minutes.
Step 3: Place the first tray with its legs facing up and spread the soaked beans evenly on it.
Step 4: Place the second tray on top, with its legs facing down.
Step 5: Place the auxiliary tray on top of the second tray.
Step 6: Insert the horizontal bar into the body of the device. Then, insert the orienting tubes (1 and 2) into the horizontal bar’s tube, starting from the threaded end.
Step 7: Insert the spring into the horizontal bar’s tube and attach it to the second tray’s lug. Tighten the retaining cap onto the orienting tube of the horizontal bar.
Step 8: Place the cockroach cover over the mouth of the body. The germination process has now officially begun.

3 The Germination and Harvesting Process
To ensure plump and healthy sprouts, soak them in water 2-3 times a day for about 2-5 minutes each time. Remember to drain the water before soaking.
The harvesting time depends on the season; in winter, it takes about 5 days, while in summer, it only takes 3 days.
When it’s time to harvest, simply remove the retaining cap and accessories, and gently pull out the sprouts.
Once all the sprouts have been harvested, clean the equipment thoroughly and store it in a dry and well-ventilated place.
Notes on Using the Specialized Bean Sprout Machine:
– To ensure the quality and quantity of your bean sprouts, choose healthy and robust seeds.
– During the growing process, avoid opening the lid frequently as it can affect the sprouts’ growth.
– Before harvesting, soak the sprouts in water for 1-2 hours to make them plumper and juicier.
With this specialized bean sprout machine, you can easily and quickly grow your own healthy and delicious bean sprouts while saving time and money. For every 300g of beans, you can yield approximately 2.5kg of sprouts.
