Supership’s Value-Added Services

Pickup and Cash Collection Service

Supership offers free pickup services for both intra-city and inter-city areas.

Pickup times are as follows:

  • First pickup (10:30 AM – 12:00 PM): The first order is created on the system or pickup is requested via phone before 10:30 AM.
  • Second pickup (4:00 PM – 5:30 PM): The first order is created on the system or pickup is requested via phone before 4:00 PM.

Supership offers free cash collection and will send a detailed statement of orders and collected amounts via email. Collected cash is refunded on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. However, a transaction fee of 3,300 VND per transaction will be charged for cash collection via bank transfer.

Supership’s Value-Added Services

Return Service

For unsuccessful deliveries, the return fee is 3,000 VND per order for intra-provincial deliveries and 30% of the delivery fee for inter-provincial deliveries.

The maximum return time is 7 days for intra-provincial orders and 15 days for other orders from the date the customer confirms the return.

For urgent return requests, the fee will be equivalent to a new order.

Try-On and Product Demonstration Service

  • Recipients can inspect the goods for free if the waiting time is less than 5 minutes.
  • Recipients can try on or test the goods with the sender’s consent. The additional fee for trying on goods is 10,000 VND per order for a waiting time of less than 20 minutes.
  • Recipients can use the product for a fee of 10,000 VND per order, with a waiting time of less than 20 minutes.
  • Supership supports delivering a new order and collecting an old one for exchange. The exchange fee is 10,000 VND per order.

Supership offers a 6-hour express delivery service for all intra-city and intra-provincial orders at over 250 post offices nationwide.

What items are prohibited from shipping by Supership?

  • Narcotics and psychotropic substances.
  • Weapons, ammunition, military technical equipment, explosives, flammable or hazardous substances, or substances that cause pollution or harm the environment.
  • Obscene or reactionary cultural products; publications or documents aimed at disrupting public order or acting against the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
  • Items that the state prohibits from circulation, business operations, export, or import.
  • Food and live animals.
  • Vietnamese currency, foreign currency, and valuable papers. Precious metals (gold, silver, platinum…), precious stones, or products made from them.

Are there any conditions for shipping with Supership?

Supership has important packaging guidelines, including:

  • Goods must be properly packaged and sealed with adhesive tape.
  • Use cardboard boxes, filling the box completely.
  • Use plastic bags or paper that fits snugly around the goods.
  • Fragile items must be wrapped in plastic bags and padded with foam, ensuring they don’t shift during transport. The outer packaging should be a cardboard box.

For oversized orders (over 3 kg for intra-city deliveries and over 0.5 kg for inter-regional deliveries), additional fees will apply. Specifically, for intra-city orders over 3 kg, an additional 5,000 VND will be charged per extra kilogram, and for inter-regional orders over 0.5 kg, an additional 10,000 VND will be charged per extra 0.5 kg.

Oversized orders are considered as follows:

  • Larger than 30 cm but smaller than 40 cm: 5,000 VND service fee.
