Unlike fresh flowers, paper flowers need to be stored in a dry place, avoiding high humidity.
Avoid dust
Dust will make paper flowers lose their initial beauty. If your house is located near the road, or dust is unavoidable, then displaying flowers in a glass cabinet will be more ideal.
Avoid direct sunlight
Direct sunlight will contain radiation rays that will make the flowers gradually fade in color, less vivid than when you first bought them.
Clean paper flowers using a brush
You can buy a soft brush for cleaning. Hold the flower upside down, with the other hand holding the brush, gently brush to make the dust fall outside to the ground. Note this to avoid dust falling deeper into the flower gaps. With the brush head, gently brush in each corner of the petals, carefully a little bit and the flower will be beautiful and “fresh” as if just watered. If that’s the case, it won’t affect the color and shape of the flower.
Use a spray bottle to clean paper flowers
For tougher stains, you also need a stronger approach to deal with them. And an air spray bottle – which can be purchased at office supplies stores, used for cleaning keyboards – can solve this problem in just a snap. These are the methods I apply, what about you, if you have any good methods, let’s share together! Have a great day!
