2. How to use moringa leaves for skincare

Ingredients:

  • 1 bunch of moringa leaves
  • 1 spoonful of moringa water extract

Instructions:

Step 1: Clean the moringa leaves

Rinse the moringa leaves with salt water, then rinse again with plain water.

Step 2: Blend the moringa leaves

After cleaning the moringa leaves, put them in a blender, add 100-150ml of water, and blend until smooth.

For acne-prone skin

Step 1: Use a cotton pad to soak up the blended moringa water.

Step 2: Apply it to the face and leave it on for 10-15 minutes.

Step 3: Rinse the face with clean water.

Note: Repeat this process twice a week to see results.

Step 1: Prepare a mixture of 1 tablespoon of turmeric powder, 1 tablespoon of rose water, and 2 tablespoons of moringa water.

Step 2: Soak a cotton pad in the mixture and apply it to the face for 15-20 minutes.

Step 3: Rinse the face with warm water.

Note: Repeat this process twice a week for 3 months to see results.

Step 1: Mix moringa water and lemon juice in a 1:1 ratio.

Step 2: Apply it directly to the under-eye circles or use a cotton pad soaked in the mixture and apply it to the eyes for 20 minutes.
