Cucumber and pork salad
Ingredients: Pork head, cucumber, carrot, onion, garlic, salt, vinegar, soy sauce.
Instructions:
Step 1: Prepare the cucumber. Rinse the cucumber and cut off both ends. Then, use a knife to make a few cuts on the bottom of the fruit, not in a fixed direction to divide it into small cucumber pieces. This way, the cucumber will not be too thin or too thick, suitable for making salads.
Step 2: Boil the pork head until cooked, then slice it slightly thicker to preserve the sweet taste of the meat.
Step 3: Put the cucumber and pork in a large bowl.
Step 4: Finely chop the garlic, peel and slice the carrot or use a peeler to shred it. The carrot does not need to be blanched or soaked, keep it as it is to preserve its nutrients.
Step 5: Add the chopped garlic, shredded carrot to the bowl of pork. Then, add a little salt, a little soy sauce, and rice vinegar to taste, then mix well.
