Use coconut oil

Coconut oil contains antioxidants, important minerals, and soluble vitamins. Therefore, coconut oil has the ability to moisturize and fight bacteria extremely well. It helps stimulate hair growth, replacing damaged hair. In addition, the natural antibiotics in coconut oil, such as capric acid and lauric acid, have a better dandruff treatment effect than conventional shampoos.

The method is to evenly apply coconut oil to the hair and perform a massage from the roots to the ends for the hair to absorb nutrients. You keep it like that for about 30 minutes and then rinse with cold water. Perform 3 – 4 times a week for the best results.

Use beer

Beer is also an excellent ingredient to treat split ends and make hair shiny and healthy. Thanks to its protein and vitamin B1 content, beer helps repair damaged hair. In addition, the mantozo and sucrose in beer help tighten the cuticle of each hair strand, making the hair stronger and smoother over time.

To use beer, wash your hair with shampoo and then use beer to rinse it thoroughly. Then, cover your hair with a shower cap or towel. Keep it for about 15 – 20 minutes and then rinse with clean water. Perform 2 – 3 times a week to quickly restore weak hair.

Use eggs

Protein and fatty acids in eggs help supplement protein for the hair. In addition, eggs also make the hair smooth, reduce tangling, and increase strength.

To use eggs, mix egg yolks with olive oil and honey to create a hair mask. Then apply this mixture to your hair, gently massage for about 15 minutes, and then rinse with water. Its effectiveness will surprise you.

Use bananas

This is a natural ingredient that helps repair damaged hair and is very cost-effective. Vitamin A, E, C, potassium, zinc, and iron in bananas will help increase the natural elasticity of the hair and prevent breakage and hair loss.

To use bananas, take 1 banana, 2 tablespoons of yogurt, a little rose water, and a few drops of lemon extract into a blender and blend. Then apply this mixture to your hair evenly. Leave it on for about 20 – 30 minutes and then rinse it off. Perform 1 – 2 times a week for positive results.

Use avocado

Vitamin A, D, E, protein, essential fatty acids, and nutrients in avocados help make hair shiny and grow faster. Thanks to that, it helps eliminate the problem of rough and dry hair.

First, mash the avocado, combine with a small amount of olive oil and coconut oil, and mix well to create a nutrient-rich hair care mixture. Then apply this mixture to your hair, massage, and leave it on for about 20 minutes. Finally, rinse with water.

You can do this weekly or 2 – 3 times a month. Don’t do it too often as it may make your hair greasy.
