To combat this, aim to drink at least two liters of water per day and prioritize drinking waters that contain vitamins and minerals, such as fresh fruit juices and herbal teas.

Nutrition Matters

Providing your hair with the right nutrients through your diet will help strengthen it and reduce oiliness and dryness. Avoid Washing Hair with Hot Water
