If she has a schedule that requires it, she provides adequate energy by supplementing with more meat and seafood. The next day, she will consume more green vegetables and fruits instead of increasing protein intake.
In addition to the main three meals, Thiều Bảo Trâm also has small snacks. During these meals, she only eats fruits or drinks sugar-free juices, multivitamins, fish oil, and vitamins for hair. She never eats dinner, sweets, and rarely drinks bubble tea and carbonated beverages.
