1. Checking Tiki orders on the website

Checking your orders on the Tiki website is the most convenient method if you are using a computer. Here are the steps:

Step 1: In the web browser of your device, access the Tiki website at this address and click on the Account section.

Step 2: Log in to your account by entering your phone number and clicking Continue to proceed to the password entry interface.

Alternatively, you can also log in with your Facebook, Email, or Google account.

Step 3: After successful login, click on Account and select My Orders.

Here, you will see all your orders including: Awaiting payment, Processing, Shipping, Delivered, and Cancelled.

Step 4: To check a specific order, click on that order.

Then, click on the Track Order button. You will see the entire process from the order confirmation by the seller to the delivery by the shipping provider.

The current stage of your order will be highlighted in green. For example:

Order being packed: The seller is currently packing your order.

2. Checking Tiki orders on the Tiki app

If you are using a smartphone, it is recommended to use the Tiki app to check your orders. The app interface is usually more familiar and easier to navigate compared to the website. Additionally, once you have logged in to the app, you won’t need to log in again for subsequent visits.

Step 1: Open the Tiki app on your smartphone and log in to your account if necessary.

Step 2: From the Home interface, select the Account section at the bottom right corner of the screen. Then, in the My Orders section, you will see a list of order categories: Awaiting payment, Processing, Shipping, Delivered, and Return.

You can tap on the arrow to access the My Orders interface.

Step 3: Then, click on View Details for the order you want to check.

In the Track Order section, click on View Details to see the current status of the order.

This interface will display detailed information about each stage and the specific time frame from when Tiki confirms the order to successful delivery for easy tracking.

3. Checking Tiki orders via the customer service hotline 1900 6035

If you are unable to check your orders on the website or the Tiki app, you can contact Tiki’s customer service hotline for assistance. The customer service staff can help you with various inquiries and provide support, including checking your orders.

To check your Tiki orders via the hotline, you will need to provide the order number. You can find the order number by accessing the Account > My Orders section on the Tiki app. The order number will be displayed at the top of the page (as shown in the image below).

However, Tiki also collaborates with other shipping carriers such as Giao Hang Nhanh (GHN) or Ninja Van.

If your order is delivered by TED, you can only use one of the three methods mentioned above. If your order is delivered by another shipping carrier, you can directly access their website to track your order.

However, this method requires you to have the tracking number. When accessing the View Details section of your order on the Tiki app, you will find the tracking number and the name of the shipping carrier responsible for delivering your order.

Then, visit the website of the respective shipping carrier and proceed with tracking.

For Giao Hang Nhanh

Access this address and enter the tracking number in the search box at the top right corner of the screen. Then, click the magnifying glass icon or press the Enter key to begin tracking.

Immediately, the information about your order will be displayed below.

For Ninja Van

If your order is placed from a business within Vietnam, visit this address. Then, enter the tracking number and click Track Order to view the detailed information below.
