Clean Microwave with Vinegar

First, prepare the ingredients and tools as follows: ½ cup of water, ½ cup of white vinegar, a microwave-safe bowl, a damp sponge or a soft cloth.

Now, follow the steps below to clean the microwave:

– Pour water and white vinegar into the bowl, the vinegar will help eliminate unpleasant odors and soften stubborn stains inside the microwave.

– Place the bowl with the water and vinegar mixture inside the microwave.

– Set the microwave to high power and let the mixture boil. As the mixture starts to boil and evaporate, the steam will help soften dirt and grease.

– After the mixture has boiled for about 3-5 minutes, turn off the microwave and let the mixture cool inside the microwave for a few more minutes. The vinegar steam will continue to act during this time.

– Carefully remove the bowl from the microwave as it may be very hot. Use a damp sponge or a soft cloth to wipe the inside of the microwave. The stains will now be easily wiped away without much effort.

– If necessary, you can use a little clean water to wipe again for a clean finish.

Clean Microwave with Lemon Water

For this method, you will need: 1 fresh lemon, 1 clean, lint-free cloth without stains or grease, ½ cup of filtered water, a microwave-safe bowl.

Now, follow the steps below:

– Cut the lemon in half and squeeze out all the juice, pour it into a microwave-safe bowl. The lemon juice contains natural acid that helps remove dirt and eliminate odors.

– Add ½ cup of filtered water to the bowl containing the lemon juice and stir gently to mix the solution.

– Place the bowl inside the microwave.

– Set the microwave to high power and heat the mixture until you see the steam rising strongly, usually after about 3-5 minutes.

– Turn off the microwave and let the mixture sit in it for at least 1 minute for the lemon steam to penetrate the dirt, soften it, and effectively eliminate odors.

– Open the microwave door and carefully remove the bowl of lemon water. Use the clean cloth to gently wipe the inside of the microwave. Now, the dirt and grease have been softened and are easier to clean.

– If necessary, you can use a damp cloth to wipe again to completely remove any remaining lemon water, leaving a clean and fresh space.

Clean Microwave with Baking Soda

First, prepare baking soda, a clean cloth, a microwave-safe bowl, and warm water.

Now, you can follow the steps below:

– Add a few spoonfuls of baking soda to warm water in a bowl and mix well.

– Place this bowl inside the microwave, let the microwave run until the microwave is full of steam, usually about 3-5 minutes.

– Then, turn off the microwave and let the mixture sit in the microwave for an additional 30 minutes for the steam to spread.

– Finally, use a dry cloth to wipe and clean.

You can also sprinkle baking soda inside the microwave (remove the turntable before doing so) and dampen a cloth with warm water to scrub the microwave with baking soda mixture, then use another clean cloth to wipe it clean.
