You put 75g unsalted butter, 55g white sugar, 1g salt into a glass bowl and use a whisk to mix well until the butter is completely melted. Next, you add in turn 25g egg yolk, 2g vanilla extract, sifted 150g cake flour and mix well by hand until the mixture turns yellow and no longer sticks to your hands. Then, you wrap the mixture with cling film, wrap it tightly and put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
