How to Pay Traffic Violation Fines on Zalo
Step 1: Open the Zalo app > Search for and select Cong An Quan Tan Phu – Ho Chi Minh City > Click Follow.
Step 2: Click on Cong Dich Vu Cong BCA to access the Ministry of Public Security’s Public Service Portal > Select Pay fines for traffic violations.
Step 3: Choose the appropriate fine category: Pay fines for road traffic violations, rail traffic violations, or water traffic violations > Click Submit Application.
Step 4: You have two search options: Search by decision code and Search by violation report. Fill in the required information and click Search.
Step 5: Choose between Pay and receive results at the fining agency or Pay and receive results at home. If you select the latter, you must have an account on the National Public Service Portal. Citizens can then receive their documents at the fining agencies or at home. And that’s it!
