Set Up a Sleep Schedule
Here are the steps to set up iPhone Sleep Mode in the Health app:
Step 1: Open the Health app on your phone, tap Browse (four-square icon).
Step 2: Select Sleep and tap Get Started under the Set Up Sleep section.
Step 3: Next, you’ll need to Set a Sleep Goal. The default sleep goal is 8 hours, but you can customize it by tapping the plus/minus buttons, then tap Next.
Step 4: Set up a sleep schedule that includes your Bedtime and Wake Up times, ensuring it meets the sleep goal you set earlier. Choose the days of the week this schedule applies to, then tap Add to finish.
Step 5: Your iPhone will display options to enable Sleep Mode and Wind Down. You can choose to toggle these on or off based on your preference. Sleep Mode will simplify the lock screen at your scheduled bedtime and turn on Do Not Disturb. Wind Down, on the other hand, helps activate Sleep Mode before your scheduled bedtime, allowing you to wind down and prepare for better sleep.
