The Benefits of Placing a Plastic Bottle in the Toilet Tank

The toilet is a place where unpleasant odors can easily arise. Therefore, regular disinfection and cleaning are necessary. To make this task easier, prepare a small plastic bottle. Fill the bottle with water (about 2/3 of the bottle). Then, add toilet cleaner solution into the bottle. Twist the bottle cap and shake well to dissolve the toilet cleaner into the water.

Placing a water bottle in the toilet tank also helps in water conservation. You can take a 500ml plastic bottle and fill it with a layer of sand or pebbles at the bottom, about 5cm thick. Then, fill the bottle with water. Tighten the bottle cap and place it in the toilet tank.
When the water bottle is placed inside the toilet tank, its volume will replace a portion of water, helping to save water.
