Warranty Policies

The warranty policies include software upgrades, repairs, component replacements, etc. In case of eligible repairs, Sony will perform them free of charge without prior notice to the customer.

The repair services do not include hardware technical support, software usage instructions, data recovery, applications, software support, or assistance in uninstalling or removing passwords from customer-installed products.
