Prior to opening the coffee shop, the owner, Mr. Huynh, worked as an architect. During camping trips, he often used bamboo tubes to hold food and drinks. One month ago, when he quit his job to start a business with a group of friends, he came up with the idea of opening a coffee shop with bamboo tubes. “This concept is unique and environmentally friendly, so I decided to bring it to life,” he said.
Aside from the bamboo tubes, the menu and signage of the shop are designed by Mr. Huynh himself. This eco-friendly coffee shop model uses bamboo tubes, which are natural and reusable, and easy to decompose.

Mr. Huynh traveled to the Central Highlands to source bamboo tubes, choosing the nứa variety due to its large size, hollow core, and ability to replace plastic cups. He had farmers cut the bamboo into long pieces, approximately 16 cm long and 5 cm wide, with smooth edges and leafy branches. The shop imports more than 1,000 bamboo tubes each week, using over 150 tubes daily. The staff polishes and cleans the bamboo tubes with soap and water three times, then air-dries them before brewing coffee.
It takes the shop almost two hours to brew coffee and clean the bamboo tubes, while a regular shop only takes half an hour. Mr. Huynh shared that despite taking more time, the coffee served in bamboo tubes has an eye-catching green color, a finer aroma, and a more environmentally friendly drinking experience.

The menu of the shop consists of only one item, which is bamboo tube coffee. Apart from the original coffee and coffee with milk, there is also the option of coconut milk coffee, priced between 26,000 and 32,000 VND.
