Use reputable website addresses: Do not use website addresses like ten_website.com or ten_website.ga. They can make your website unreliable and easily listed as spam.
Check the email content again: Please include all necessary information and avoid emails containing only a single image. Don’t forget to align the content and layout to make it easy to read and attract attention.
Avoid copying content from Word or Excel: Copying text verbatim from these text editors can cause font errors, from which the system suspects the email content.
Check HTML: HTML errors can prevent the system from checking the source code of the web page, resulting in the inability to send emails.
