This national card brand was issued by the State Bank of Vietnam with the first 4 digits of the card as 9704. The Napas Card meets the basic standards for domestic chip cards set by the State Bank and the international EMV standards. Additionally, this card type also complies with the VCCS standards set by NAPAS member organizations.

Napas non-contact cards have distinguishing features:

  • The front of the card has a chip and the “contactless” symbol, accompanied by the issuing bank’s logo and the NAPAS logo.
