– Pork ribs

– Mushrooms

– Spring onions

Tofu skin

Instructions

– Rinse the pork ribs and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Then, put the ribs in a pot and add light soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and cooking oil. Mix well and marinate the ribs for about 30 minutes.

– Soften the tofu skin by soaking it in water, then slice it. Place the tofu skin at the bottom of a steaming dish. Rinse the mushrooms and arrange them on top of the tofu skin. Next, place the marinated ribs on top and sprinkle with spring onions and fresh ginger.

– Place the steaming dish on top of a steamer. Make sure the water is boiling before putting the dish in. Steam for about 40 minutes, or until the ribs, tofu skin, and mushrooms are cooked.

– Remove the steaming dish and sprinkle finely chopped spring onions on top. Your dish is now ready to serve.

Stir-fried Chinese cabbage

– Chinese cabbage

– Minced garlic

– Cooking oil

– Salt

– Light soy sauce

Instructions

– First, remove the old roots of the Chinese cabbage and rinse it thoroughly. Then, drain the water and set aside.

– In a bowl, mix cornstarch with water and stir well. Pour the cornstarch mixture into the pan with the cabbage and stir-fry until the cabbage is cooked and the sauce thickens.

– Transfer the stir-fried cabbage to a plate and pour the sauce over it. Your dish is now ready to serve.
