Ingredients for making dried bananas

– Ripe bananas: 1 bunch

– Lime: 1 piece

– Salt: 1 teaspoon

– Honey

Instructions

– First, prepare a clean bowl of water and add salt and lime juice.

– Peel the bananas and soak them in the water for about 15 minutes. Then, rinse the bananas and let the water drain. Soaking the bananas with lime and salt helps prevent browning and gives them a beautiful color and stronger flavor when dried.

– When the bananas have dried, cut them into 3 or 4 pieces depending on the size of the bananas.

– Preheat the air fryer for 5 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.

– Place the bananas in the air fryer for the first drying session at 155 degrees Celsius for 12 minutes. Then, flip the bananas and continue drying at 150-155 degrees Celsius for another 12 minutes.

– Continue the third drying session, flip the bananas again and brush them with honey, then dry them at 130-135 degrees Celsius for another 7 minutes.

After the bananas are dried, let them cool and then put them in an airtight container. You can also put them in the refrigerator to keep them fresh for a longer time. Alternatively, you can put the bananas in a vacuum-sealed bag to prevent direct contact with oxygen. This helps keep the bananas fresh and prevent them from getting moldy.

Dried bananas have the benefits of stabilizing blood pressure, supporting the nervous system, reducing stress, and supporting the digestive system. Therefore, you can regularly make this snack for the whole family to enjoy.
