First, soak the 100g of tofu in a bowl of clean water for about one hour to soften it.
After soaking, rinse and squeeze out the excess water from the tofu. Using a knife, slice the tofu lengthwise to make it thinner, then cut it in half.

Peel and clean the tapioca root, then cut it into small, long strips. Next, measure and cut the strips to match the length of the tofu pieces.

In a separate pan, add 1 tablespoon of oil, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 2 tablespoons of chili sauce, 1 tablespoon of vegan oyster sauce, and 1 teaspoon of vegan chicken powder. Stir well and cook over low heat until the sugar dissolves and the sauce thickens.
