  • 2 grapefruits
  • 50g tapioca pearls
  • 400ml coconut milk
  • 300ml fresh milk
  • 2 tablespoons condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 tablespoon cornstarch
  • Seasonings: sugar, ice cubes
