2 How to Make Gia Lai Dry Pho
Step 1 Prepare the Ingredients
Rinse the beef bones, pork bones, and beef thoroughly after purchasing. Peel and halve the onion. Peel the ginger. Clean the shallots.
Wash the scallions and coriander, chopping them finely. Clean the bean sprouts and let them dry.
Peel and mince the garlic. Cut the spring onions into thin slices. Boil the beef balls until cooked, then set aside.
Preparing the Ingredients
Step 2 Cook the Broth
In a pot, add 5 liters of water and bring it to a boil. Once boiling, add 500g beef bones, 1 set of pork bones, 1 onion, 2 shallots, and 1 knob of ginger. Simmer for 60-90 minutes to create a flavorful broth.
In a separate bowl, mix 2 teaspoons of seasoning powder, 2 teaspoons of MSG, 2 teaspoons of seasoning powder, 2 tablespoons of rock sugar, and 1 tablespoon of salt with a small amount of the bone broth. Stir well, then pour this mixture into the pot and give it a final stir before turning off the heat.

Step 3 Make the Sauce
Heat some cooking oil in a pan. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Then, add 7 tablespoons of black soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 2 teaspoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 cup of water, and 1 teaspoon of sesame oil. Mix well to combine.

Step 4 Sauté the Minced Meat
Heat some cooking oil in a pan. Add the spring onions and fry until golden. Then, add the ground pork and cook until done. Season to taste.

Step 5 Assemble the Dish
Bring a pot of water to a boil. Blanch the dry pho noodles, then place them in a bowl. Add the sauce and chili oil, mixing well. Top with bean sprouts, ground meat, fried shallots, and coriander.
For the broth, add beef to the bowl and pour in the hot broth. Include the beef balls, pork bones, and scallions and coriander for garnish.
