Tip: When choosing mangoes, look for fruit with bright yellow or orange skin, free from any dark spots. Ripe mangoes will also have a natural sweet fragrance. Avoid mangoes with signs of pests or diseases, and those with dark spots or cracks.
2 How to Make Mango Iced Tea
Step 1 Prepare the Mangoes
Wash and peel the mangoes, then cut the flesh into bite-sized pieces.

In a glass jar, layer the mango slices with sugar, using about 300g of sugar in total. Then, squeeze the juice from half a lemon into the jar, seal it tightly, and refrigerate for 24 hours.

Place a tea bag in a cup and pour 100ml of boiling water over it. Let it steep for about 5 minutes, then remove the tea bag.

In a glass with ice cubes, combine the brewed tea, 20ml of peach syrup, and about 70g of the pickled mangoes. Your refreshing mango iced tea is now ready to be enjoyed!
