Avoid eating eggs with bacon
While a popular and convenient breakfast combination, eggs and bacon can overload the body with certain nutrients and lead to fatigue. Both foods are relatively high in protein and fat. When unhealthy fats from bacon are combined with eggs, it can cause a rapid increase and subsequent decrease in calorie levels, resulting in fatigue.
Don’t eat eggs with sugar
When sugar and eggs are cooked together, the amino acids in egg proteins combine with the sugar to form fructosyl lysine. This substance is difficult for the human body to absorb and is often excreted. As a result, consuming these two foods together prevents the absorption of any nutrients from either the eggs or the sugar. Furthermore, the amino acids released from both eggs and sugar can become toxic and may lead to blood clotting.
Avoid eggs with soy milk
While soy milk is nourishing, it shouldn’t be consumed with eggs. Soy milk contains a special substance called trypsin, a digestive enzyme, which easily combines with the protein in egg whites, significantly reducing its protein content and the nutritional value of both foods. However, with proper preparation, these two foods can be included in the same meal, such as fried eggs with soy milk, or soy milk boiled with egg yolks (discarding the whites).
Don’t drink tea with eggs
Drinking tea or strong tea after a meal is a common practice for many, as it is believed to clean the mouth and aid digestion. However, drinking tea immediately after consuming eggs can be harmful. Tea contains high levels of tannic acid, which combines with protein to slow down intestinal activity, leading to constipation and increased risk of harmful substance accumulation and cancer development.
Avoid eating eggs with rabbit meat
Eggs and rabbit meat are two distinct ingredients commonly chosen for daily meals. However, when enjoying the delicious flavors of both, we may overlook the potential adverse effects of consuming them together. In particular, eating eggs with rabbit meat can irritate the digestive tract and cause a series of uncomfortable symptoms. Eggs are nutritious, providing essential proteins and vitamins, while rabbit meat has a unique flavor and nutritional value.
However, when combined, their properties may overlap and negatively impact digestion, potentially causing diarrhea. This effect may be more pronounced in individuals with weak digestive functions.
Don’t eat eggs with pomegranates
Consuming pomegranates immediately after eating eggs can cause food poisoning and acute gastroenteritis. Vomiting may occur 1-2 hours after consumption. In such cases, drink a solution of 20g of salt dissolved in 200ml of boiled water, or fresh ginger juice mixed with warm water. If vomiting is not possible, drink the solution repeatedly to induce it. Afterward, take a laxative to eliminate harmful substances from the body.
