In the summer, our bodies sweat a lot. And to prevent the odor from sweat, we often use deodorant. Along with its excellent effects, deodorant also creates quite a mess by leaving stains on clothes. These 8 extremely familiar and easy-to-find ingredients below will help you completely remove those stains.
1. Use salt
Wet the discolored fabric and sprinkle salt on it. Leave it for 8-12 hours or overnight. Then wet the stained area again and sprinkle a little salt on the spot. Gently rub the stained area and peel off the hardened dirt. Put the clothes in the washing machine and wash as usual.
2. Use vinegar
Spray vinegar on the stained fabric and leave it overnight. Wash the clothes as usual the next morning.
3. Use lemon juice
Put a few drops of lemon juice on the stain. Leave it for 5-10 minutes and then hand wash with warm water. The stain will disappear completely.
4. Use dishwashing liquid
Dishwashing liquid can remove extremely stubborn stains. Pour dishwashing liquid onto the stain, then gently scrub and let it sit for 30 minutes before rinsing and washing as usual.
5. Use vodka
Vodka can effectively remove light-colored stains from dark-colored clothes. Pour vodka onto the stain and let it sit for a few minutes. You will see the white residue gradually fade away and the clothes regain their original color. If the stain is old, you may have to wait longer, but no more than 1 hour. Then wash with soap as usual.
6. Use liquid ammonia
Liquid ammonia is very effective in washing clothes with stubborn stains. To remove stubborn stains and odors, mix ammonia with water in a ratio of 1:1; then pour the mixture onto the stain and wash thoroughly for a few minutes.
7. Use a mixture of hydrogen peroxide solution combined with baking soda and dishwashing liquid
To remove stubborn stains and odors, mix 4 tablespoons of hydrogen peroxide solution with 1 teaspoon of dishwashing liquid and 2 tablespoons of baking soda. Pour the mixture onto the stain and let it sit for a few hours, then wash as usual.
8. Use an old sock
If your dark-colored clothes have white spots, use a clean rolled-up sock and rub it on the stain. They will disappear completely as if they never appeared.
