After cleaning the wound with warm water, apply a layer of honey to the wound and cover with a gauze pad, change the dressing every 24 hours.
Good for the skin. For dark spots, pigmentation on the skin, simply apply a small amount of honey directly onto it before going to bed, rinse with warm water in the morning, you will see the effects after a few days. Honey also has a natural exfoliating effect. Wash your face with honey and warm water, you will feel your skin clean and smooth. Honey can also be used to treat eczema, psoriasis, and reduce inflammation in the skin.

To quickly get rid of a cough, mix 1 tablespoon of honey with a little lemon juice and drink regularly every day. Beat insomnia. Honey is a carbohydrate that regulates insulin release and allows tryptophan to easily enter the brain. Tryptophan is a compound that induces sleepiness. Just drink a cup of warm milk with honey before bed, sleep will come easily.
Limit dry, brittle hair. Add a small spoonful of honey to your shampoo, or just use honey as a shampoo, it can soften coarse hair. Or you can use a nylon hair wrap, apply honey to it for about 30 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.
